Swap Mamas

Lately I've been hooked on frugal blogs and wanted to pass on info about Swap Mamas, a concept similar to Craigslist. It's for families looking to swap children's clothes, shoes, toys, etc.

Thanks to Homemaker Barbi for the tip listed in her article How to Save Money by Getting Almost Everything for Free.

I have to say that I completely agree with you. I am making new friends everyday! Blogging has opened up a whole new ballgame for me.

I hope that you will stop by my blog again soon!

  4. Hiya... I just wanted to let you know that I've been trying your advice at nappy changing time - singing songs to my 14 month old (Old macdonald, Wheels on the Bus); He loves it and lies still the whole time I am singing. Thought you'd like to know!

PS I have a similar clothes Swap thing going here in New Zealand; I call it the Baby Exchange. People can list things they are finished with or want to lend out; it's a pay-it-forward concept. www.bubexchange.blogspot.com
I have a Facebook group for it that people can join as well, so we can send out requests or updates on what's in and what we need. xx
